Weather Cancellation Policy

Safety is the top priority.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

MW Adventure Rentals/Marcel West Fitness & Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to:

• High winds

• Storms or lightning

• Unsafe water conditions

• Poor visibility or extreme weather

If a rental is cancelled by the company:

• Customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule

 

 

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance:

  • Full refund or reschedule

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance:

  • May be subject to a cancellation fee or non-refundable

• No-shows:

  • No refund

 

 

Weather Awareness

Customers are responsible for:

• Checking weather conditions prior to arrival

• Dressing appropriately for water temperature

• Understanding that conditions may change during the rental
